'Another Wednesday morning on the train to work
And my weekend spread into the middle of the week
I'm boozing every night, 3 hours sleep
Check all the people then stare at my feet'... 'suspicious eyes' by the Rakes seems to be a very good description of my recent life. I bet i am gradually becoming chunky because of the booze. More importantly when not boozing i am addicted to the indian-interpreted, tikka-masala-ish chicken doner exclusive in Mile End. East End seems to be a lovely place however it is only warm in the night clubs but still shares cold cold nights with anywhere else in London.

 

Surprisingly the band Sons and Daughters are the only people who dressed up for Halloween in the East End Rough Trade store last night. Great performance but a bit embarassed in front of the 'normal' trendy 'Shoreditch' crowd who didnt dress up for halloween.  Fancy dress doesnt really work with indie rock though. I never like dressing up/holloween anyway.  And i saw very few exciting faces on the night bus as well. Londoners never need an excuse for dressing up or partying.
